Blue Jay Selvedge
The Blue Jay Selvedge is an 8.25oz lightweight indigo rope dyed Japanese selvedge denim inspired by vintage workwear. While considered lightweight by today’s standards, this denim was considered the heavy-duty denim of the time. It’s both durable and comfortable enough to wear in warmer conditions. The denim was woven on vintage shuttle Okayama, Japan and has a characteristic mid blue workwear tone. Cut, sewn, built in Canada with contrast natural colored stitching, white and think blue edge selvedge ID, dark brown suede patch, and silver metallic buttons and rivets.
