一、退換貨基本規範
- 收到商品後若有尺寸不合、明顯瑕疵，可於三日內申請退換貨。貼身衣物（內衣褲襪）及飾品不在此規範內，售出後恕不退換。
- 換貨及退款時，請保持商品完整性，務必將商品維持在初始狀態，經修改、下水過後恕不接受退換。
- 訂購之商品不得進行退換貨，煩請於下單前與我們的專業夥伴確認好尺寸、顏色、布料等細節。
- 修改長度之商品不得進行退換貨。
- 退、換貨運費由買家負責
- 折扣/活動商品均不接受退換貨
二、退換貨流程說明
- 退款、換貨流程申請完成後，請於五日內將商品寄出
- 確認商品狀態無虞後，藍灘將於五個工作天內完成商品換貨及退款事宜
- 若寄回之商品與原先狀態有所出入，則不受理退款、換貨

《Returns Terms》
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We offer one time free exchange fee for another size.
- All return products must be in brand new, unworn, resalable condition. With original tags attached.
- Any item that requested alteration/hemming are not eligible for return.
- Please packed the items in plastic/protective bags and put them in a box to prevent damage during transportation.
- Please write down big words "RETURNED GOODS" on the parcel to avoid possible custom charges.
