退款政策
我們衷心冀望在我們商城消費的顧客都能享受到舒服的體驗,有關退款、換貨等相關資訊,以下進行說明,請於購買前詳閱:
一、退換貨基本規範
- 收到商品後若有尺寸不合、明顯瑕疵,可於三日內申請退換貨,貼身衣物(內衣褲襪)及飾品不在此規範內,售出後恕不退換。
- 換貨及退款時,請保持商品完整性,務必將商品維持在初始狀態,經修改、下水過後恕不接受退換。
- 訂購之商品不得進行退換貨,煩請於下單前與我們的專業夥伴確認好尺寸、顏色、布料等細節。
- 退貨運費由買家自付,更換同款尺寸運費免費
- 折扣/活動商品均不接受退換貨
二、退換貨流程說明
- 退款、換貨流程申請完成後,請於五日內將商品寄出
- 確認商品狀態無虞後,藍灘將於五個工作天內完成商品換貨及退款事宜
- 若寄回之商品與原先狀態有所出入,則不受理退款、換貨

- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs.
- All return products must be in brand new, unworn, resalable condition. With original tags attached.
- Please packed the items in plastic/protective bags and put them in a box to prevent damage during transportation.
- Please write down big words "RETURNED GOODS" on the parcel to avoid possible custom charges.
《Undeliverable Parcels》
Occasionally, a shipping courier may return a package to us if it is deemed undeliverable. In these instances, we will contact you to either arrange for re-shipment or process a refund. Please note that any original shipping fees, return shipping fees, and other applicable handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
A package may be returned as undeliverable for several reasons, including:
- The address provided is incorrect, incomplete, or outdated.
- The courier cannot recognize the shipping address.
- Delivery attempts failed.
- The recipient refused the delivery.
《Stolen Parcels》
Once an order has been shipped, Blue Beach Denim will provide the customer with a tracking number and shipping confirmation. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking status and ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel when delivery is expected.
If the courier marks a parcel as delivered, but the customer cannot locate it, the parcel may have been misplaced, collected by another person at the address, or stolen after delivery.
In this situation, we recommend that the customer first:
1. Check around the delivery location, including the mailbox, front desk, reception, parcel
2. locker, porch, side entrance, or building management office.
3. Ask family members, roommates, neighbors, doormen, or building staff if they accepted the parcel.
4. Contact the courier directly to request delivery confirmation or proof of delivery.
File a report with the courier if the parcel is believed to be missing or stolen.
Blue Beach Denim will do our best to assist by providing shipment details, tracking information, and any courier documentation available. However, once a parcel has been confirmed as delivered by the courier, Blue Beach Denim is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery.
《Acceptance of Order》
Please be aware that there may be certain orders that we, or our partners, are unable to accept and must therefore cancel. Blue Beach and our partners reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion for any reason. Reasons your order may be cancelled include, but are not limited to, limitations on available quantities for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud prevention department. Additionally, we may require further verifications or information before we can accept your order. If your order is cancelled in whole or in part, or if additional information is needed, we will contact you.
