THE LENSES

The lenses are semi-flat with subtle green Carl Zeiss CR-39 anti-reflective lenses. You've most likely heard the name Carl Zeiss when in conversation about camera lenses. Or, if you're familiar with the scientific instrument maker himself you'd know he pioneered optical instrument production. Anyhow, Carl Zeiss Vision creates high-quality glasses lenses that filter out up to 100% of UVA and UVB radiation. Whether you're out n' about town on a scorching hot day, or if you're kicking back with a coffee at a cafe in the sun. You can be sure to enjoy comfortable vision in style.

THE FRAME

The BDD x JOHNNY LOCO frame is a limited edition Italian Cellulose Acetate dipped in a BENZAK blue colouring made by Mazzucchelli in a laboratory project. The style has durable 5-barrel rivet hinges for maximum strength and sturdiness, as well as BENZAK branding on the inside of the frame's arm. Mazzucchelli was founded in 1849 and can only be described as the pinnacle of multi-faceted craftsmanship. They're one of those businesses with a deep heritage and sticks to what they know. Yet, they're incredibly up to date. In addition to Celluloid and Cellulose Acetate sheets, Mazzucchelli also produces automotive parts, household appliances, and even skis. As you guys know, we're all about intricate details, functional design, and high quality. When you know a manufacturer is producing on this kind of level, you know you're getting a super durable end result.

THE STYLE
