為打造出心目中完美的重磅Tee，Freenote與加州在地的老針織廠合作，製作上特意使用梳棉紗，不規則的纖維加強了布料的復古感。此外，由於Freenote對於色彩呈現的要求相當高，不論飽和度、光澤感都有自認完美的一套標準，所有染劑的色調皆由品牌獨家調配而成，以成衣染色後，再經由精工水洗賦予仿舊效果。
即便有著強烈的美式復古調性，Freenote在版型的剪裁上並不會過度強調體格，反倒著重於身型比例的修飾，9oz的厚度及稍稍寬鬆的穿著體感，絕對是四季皆宜。

The latest addition to our knit program has been a long time coming. We worked with a local knitting factory to develop our newest heavy weight t-shirt. The 9 oz cotton knit has an open ended fiber which gives the shirt a much drier, vintage look. We have been collecting a color palate for close to a decade, looking for the perfect shades of our favorite colors. All of our t-shirt colors are custom and unique to Freenote.
Perfecting the fit of a knit is surprisingly difficult. The fabric can move and stretch with limited seams to control it. We have spent years making adjustments until we landed on what we consider to be the perfect fit. This t-shirt has a great balance of being not too slim and not too boxy. Because our t-shirts are not tubular, they have more shape from the chest to the bottom hem.
