Supply chain partners must comply with ISO-9001 and SA 8000 social responsibility standards. Workplaces must provide childcare services, comprehensive health benefits, retirement packages, and a women's rehabilitation program for victims of domestic violence. Most of these workshops are multi-generational family businesses across the United States, Peru, India, and Nepal.
Existing knitwear suppliers include women-owned and operated, family-managed mills in Peru that use organic, pollution-free yarns that are undyed and unprocessed.
All shirt packaging and mailing bags are biodegradable, and the wool and alpaca are humanely sheared.
