 We offer ONLY EXPRESS shipping for all international orders.

Hong Kong, Macau, China mainland - SF Express 順豐速運

Rest of the World - SF Express (Partnering with UPS, Fedex, DHL) 2~5 days

(Asia 2 days, EU & US & UK & Australia 2-4 days in most regions.)

At checkout the shipping fees will be shown in NTD (Taiwan Dollar) or USD or EUR.

We ship out your order as soon as possible within 1 business day.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order has been placed & dispatched.

 

For boots or bags there might be extra shipping cost due to large volume shipment.

We ship out all parcel as personal express shipment for maximum efficiency.

Blue Beach Denim is not responsible for any import duties or customs charges from your local customs service.

As these duties and charges vary from country to country, we cannot give you an estimate on these costs.

Undeliverable Parcels

Occasionally, a shipping courier may return a package to us if it is deemed undeliverable. In these instances, we will contact you to either arrange for re-shipment or process a refund. Please note that any original shipping fees, return shipping fees, and other applicable handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the parcel is discarded due to uncooperative action by the buyer, Blue Beach Denim is not responsible for expenses incurred nor the reimbursement of full order value. 

A package may be returned as undeliverable for several reasons, including:

  • The address provided is incorrect, incomplete, or outdated.
  • The carrier cannot recognize the shipping address.
  • The carrier cannot reach the receiver through designated phone / email.
  • Delivery attempts failed.
  • The recipient refused the delivery.

     

Acceptance of Order

Please be aware that there may be certain orders that we, or our partners, are unable to accept and must therefore cancel. Blue Beach and our partners reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion for any reason. Reasons your order may be cancelled include, but are not limited to, limitations on available quantities for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud prevention department. Additionally, we may require further verifications or information before we can accept your order. If your order is cancelled in whole or in part, or if additional information is needed, we will contact you.
