《Undeliverable Parcels》
In the unlikely circumstance, a shipping courier may return a package to us if it is deemed undeliverable. In these instances, we will contact you to either arrange for re-shipment or process a refund. Please note that any original shipping fees, return shipping fees, and other applicable handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
If the parcel is discarded due to uncooperative action by the buyer, Blue Beach Denim is not responsible for expenses incurred nor the reimbursement of full order value.
A package may be returned as undeliverable for several reasons, including:
- The address provided is incorrect, incomplete, or outdated.
- The carrier cannot recognize the shipping address.
- The carrier cannot reach the receiver through designated phone / email.
- Delivery attempts failed.
- The recipient refused the delivery.
