【Shangri-La Heritage】“Alaska” Olive Skyliner Jacket
“Alaska” Skyliner Jacket Description
Inspired by 1950s Skyliner Jackets and revisited with a distinctive Italian touch, the “Alaska” Olive Skyliner Jacket represents an authentic garment made with Comfortemp® Thermo-Fibre Padding and an external layer crafted from Olmetex® 60/40 fabric — a technical textile masterpiece made in Como, Italy since 1952.
The “Alaska” Skyliner Jacket draws inspiration from the original 1954 Skyliner Jacket — the first down jacket ever patented in the United States. It was adopted by U.S. Air Force pilots for its insulation, lightness, and remarkable practicality during flight missions.
The combination of Olmetex® 60/40 fabric and Comfortemp® Thermo-Fibre Padding ensures high thermal insulation, exceptional wind resistance, and water repellency, while maintaining a refined, lightweight comfort.
The Comfortemp® Thermo-Fibre Padding is a high-performance insulation material that is washable, fast-drying, and highly breathable. It offers excellent warmth retention and an exceptionally soft, luxurious hand feel.
The attention to detail makes it a rare and authentic jacket, proudly Hand Made in Italy.
This is a “1 of 1 piece” exclusive to you.
Each jacket comes in a 100% organic natural cotton bag, laced with Havana rope and screen-printed logo.
