【Shangri-La Heritage】“Aviatore” B-3 Vintage Black Shearling Jacket
Description
Inspired by early 1940s Type B-3 Flight Jackets from the Second World War and revisited with a distinctive Italian touch, the “Aviatore” B-3 Shearling Jacket represents an authentic garment made of Italian Merino Shearling Sheepskin reinforced with trimmings in Full Grain Tea-Core Steerhide from Vicenza, Italy.
Our Italian Merino Shearling, tanned in a small Tuscan tannery, is first-grade sheepskin — one of the softest yet most durable leathers in the world. It ages beautifully, developing rich fades, creases, and a deep patina. Naturally resilient, its fibers make the “Aviatore” exceptionally strong and long-lasting — a true lifetime jacket.
The natural hollow fibers of the Shearling act as the perfect insulator, retaining body warmth while wicking away moisture, ensuring comfort even in the harshest cold weather conditions.
The Full Grain Tea-Core Steerhide trims are hand-aged for a true vintage appearance. Over time, the black surface gradually reveals the lighter natural tone beneath, creating striking shades of golden brown that tell a unique story with wear.
Bikers who wear the B-3 jacket on cold winter rides have long relied on its rugged exterior and soft, insulating interior. The “Aviatore” stands as a symbol of courage and endurance — strength outside, warmth within.
The metallic zippers by Talon® are made of antique brass with engraved markings, adding a final touch of authenticity.
The attention to detail makes this a rare and truly authentic B-3 jacket, entirely Hand Made in Italy.
Designed for Bikers, Rockers, and Gentlemen.
Any variations in texture, color, or grain are natural characteristics of artisanal craftsmanship, not defects.
This is a “1 of 1 piece” exclusive to you.
Each jacket comes with a high-quality 100% organic cotton bag, laced with Havana rope and screen-printed logo.
Every piece is Made to Order, individually handcrafted in the Northern Italian Alps.
