【UES】Indigo Yarn-Dyed Honeycomb Thermal T-shirt
This is a thick honeycomb long-sleeved shirt made with indigo yarn-dyed yarn. Because it is woven using yarn-dyed yarn, it fades differently from garment dyed or piece dyed indigo t-shirts. A characteristic of rope dyed indigo yarn is that the dye does not penetrate to the core, resulting in a denim-like color change. Three threads are lined up and spinned together to create a thicker polycore yarn for this fabric. The resulting fabric weighs about 12.5 ounces. It is soft to wear and easy to move in. Yarn-dyed indigo is often avoided in garment production because it stains knitting machines, and it is a rare fabric that can only be produced in a limited number of factories in Japan. A special four-needle sewing machine is used for sewing to prevent the sewn parts from becoming too thick and unwearable.
