Leather is made from natural vegetable-tanned cowhide, so each pair has its own unique grain and character. The fine pebbled texture is created by naturally shrinking the cowhide, rather than using machine embossing.

The grain patterns form naturally and vary from one pair to another, giving each piece a unique look that cannot be duplicated. Finished with the traditional hill-dyeing process, the leather will develop even richer marks and character as it ages with wear.

FISHERMAN SANDAL

These sandals are based on the fisherman sandals traditionally worn by European fishermen. The design features thick, interwoven straps that securely cradle the foot.

The upper is crafted from thick, firm leather. Designed with a roomy last, these sandals can also be worn with socks. The outsole uses durable Vibram soles, ensuring they can be enjoyed for a long time.

SHRINK TEACORE COW

This tea-core vegetable-tanned leather is thoroughly kneaded to achieve a plump and soft finish. Its charm lies in the rich texture created by natural grain, which cannot be replicated by embossing.

By applying a “hill dyeing” technique using only dyes and no pigments, the leather surface develops a deep and transparent quality, allowing the brown underlayer to faintly emerge depending on the light.

As you wear them, the dye will gradually rub away, revealing the underlying color and slowly changing their appearance over time.
