Brother Bridge has recrafted their lightweight HENRY into a European-inspired country-style monkey boot in SS25.

The boot has a substantial feel. With the use of soft, vegetable-tanned steerhide for the midsole, which gives it excellent flexibility. The rugged sole and the beautifully contoured shape of the tightened HENRY make it a perfect match with trousers — styling has never been more fun.

Based on old athletic boots, which are also the origin of sports shoes, we recommend this pair of shoes from BROTHER BRIDGE as a must-have item for our wardrobe, adding a dressy feel to it.

After several minor changes, it has a new appearance this season. To create an even more classic impression than before, Brother Bridge changed the sole to a thinner type. It has flexibility that you wouldn't expect from a Goodyear welt construction.

Vachetta or Vacchetta is a vegetable tanned leather obtained by the vegetable tanning process with the addition of animal or mineral oils during the production.

Virgilio Tannery

Brother Bridge partnered with this incredible tannery - Virgilio Tannery using the traditional pit tanning method. In today’s world, drum tanning is the standard for efficiency, but Simone, the head of the tannery, is dedicated to reviving the traditional craft of pit tanning. Though more time-consuming, this method produces leather with a firm, springy texture that only pit tanning can achieve.

The LOANO leather uses thick bullhide and combines the traditional vacchetta tanning method with a pull-up finish. Its aging process is nothing short of stunning.
