Description
Colors for this collection are drawn from traditional Japanese natural dyes.
To bring a distinct character that sets it apart from the muted tones of the common autumn/winter lineup, MOMOTARO JEANS selected "shikon", a botanical dye derived from Japanese gromwell root that creates a warm, brown-toned purple. The dyeing process brings out a depth of color and expression unique to plant-based materials.
Shikon is one of Japan’s three great historic dyes, alongside indigo and safflower. Designated as the color of the highest rank in the ancient court ranking system "Kan’i Jūnikai", it has been prized as a precious dye since antiquity.
Momotaro 100 Fit
The #100 is a slightly relaxed straight fit, featuring a refined basic silhouette, moderate thigh width, and gentle taper from the knee down. It has a high rise and slight waist wrap for comfort.

Notes
- Hemming will take 3~4 working days.
- Once an item is been hemmed, it will not be eligible for return or refund.
- For the length on sanforized raw denim, it is recommend to add 2-3cm in length considering the shrinkage after first wash.
- For unsanforized denim, we normally would offer them in rinsed condition, hence there is no need to consider shrinkage.
