Description

As Mr. Oishi of ONI Denim specializes in fabric design, his new creation, "Old Blue," is clearly inspired by vintage denim, mimicking the look of natural indigo-dyed fabric from the past. Since natural indigo contains impurities, it’s often difficult to achieve the dark indigo shade typical of modern denim. To replicate this, the yarns are rope-dyed but with fewer indigo dips. With a pinch of secret amount of sulfide added, the uniquely tinted “Old Blue” is born. Its distinctive blue shade resembles the color of lake water in the glacier mountains.

222 Fit

The ONI 222 is crafted in a super-wide straight silhouette with a high-rise waist, offering a roomy yet structured fit that's visually bold. The 222’s extra-wide leg opening provides effortless movement and airflow, making it ideal for modern and contemporary style. It also goes well with vintage inspired Americana tops. Despite its generous volume, it somehow maintains a clean straight look.

This will be an ideal pair of jeans to wear on a vacation to the southern regions or Asian countries. Even when a heatwave hits your city in the West, you would probably still be able to chill in your Kiraku pants in front of the work desk.
