Description
Regular-fit jeans with a tapered leg crafted from Nudie's all-time favorite Japanese black selvage denim. This 14.5 oz. denim boasts a tight weave density and generous starch application, ensuring remarkable rigidity. But what truly distinguishes it is its exceptional aging property, a testament to Kurabo Mills' blend of heritage and innovative denim craftsmanship.
This denim stands out due to its unique construction: the warp, visible predominantly on the fabric's face, is yarn-dyed black, allowing it to gradually fade with wear and washes. Conversely, the weft, visible predominantly on the fabric's back, is dyed with a 'stay black' dye, retaining its deep black hue without fading. Although this might seem unconventional for fading denim, it yields intriguing contrasts, emphasizing the warp-weft intersections. This clever construction promises more pronounced contrasting fades compared to regular dry black denim.
Beyond its unique yarn combination, the denim's tight weave, stiff texture, pronounced twill lines and slightly coarse yarns create an exquisite surface structure and marbling effects with wear and washes.
For optimal results, we recommend wearing Nudie's dry denim regularly for at least six months before the first wash. While entirely optional, this period encourages striking fades.

General Care & Precautions
Please note that all indigo product including raw denim can “bleed” causing the transfer of indigo blue color from your garments to other surface like white tshirt or light color shoes. The “bleeding” will lessen with wear and after first several washes.
We high recommend you to put all your cloth in a wash bag when doing laundry. Please never use tumble dry on quality goods; never use softener; never use detergent that contain bleach.
If possible, wash your cloth in a low-spin speed to protect the garment.
