Description
The Cashmere Light Crew Neck is one of a new series of lightweight 8 gauge sweaters in Crew, Turtle and V Neck versions knit in Inis Meain's supersoft Cashmere/Merino blend. Created on Inis Meain's state-of-the-art Shima Seiki wholegarment machines meaning minimal waste, reduced power usage, a more streamlined silhouette and increased wearing comfort. The neck trim is carefully linked on by hand to ensure an optimum finish for this classic lightweight Crew Neck.
Designed in partnership with Inis Meain's wonderful yarn spinners, Filati Biagioli Modesto outside of Florence, and inspired by an early morning sunrise casting the deepest shades across the sky and sea on the arrival of the island cargo boat. Completely unique colourways created from an Inis Meáin moment. Also available for AW25 in Charcoal Fleck, a versatile dark grey elevated with white speckles - just like a starry sky on a clear crisp night in Inis Meáin.

Wash & Care
Dry clean is recommended
This garment is made using some of nature's most luxurious natural fibres, Cashmere and Extra Fine Merino Wool. This yarn has a characteristic crimp making it susceptible to pilling over time. To protect against pilling do not wear underneath other woolen layers or velcros and do not over-wash.
Hand wash in water no more than 30 degrees using a mild detergent. Lay on a flat surface to dry.
