Shangri-La Heritage
Shangri-La, a place hailed from 17th-century European explorers, is said to be a canyon somewhere in Tibet, a mysterious and inaccessible wonderland where people find spiritual enlightenment and pure contentment. Inspired by the chivalric culture of the 1960s and beyond, the two founders of Shangri-La have reimagined classic leather garments while preserving this heritage. Shangri-La leather jackets utilize Italy's renowned vegetable-tanned leather—high-grade cow, sheep, and horse hides, measuring 1.1mm-1.3mm thick—combined with centuries of meticulous craftsmanship from the mountains of northern Italy. Thanks to the success of the Shangri-La brand, the expertise of these artisans has been preserved for another century.
